Welcome to Xpert Lashing! We are committed to providing exceptional eyelash extension services and maintaining transparency with our clients. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and professional experience with us.

Privacy & Safety

  • Xpert Lashing values your privacy. Any personal information collected through our booking system will be kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling and client communications. We do not share your information with third parties.

  • We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. All tools are sterilized, and disposable items are used when necessary.

  • If you have any eye infections, allergies, or medical conditions, please notify us before your appointment. 

Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting the salon directly. I do not do Walk-ins at this time. 

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Please respect our time, as we respect yours.

 

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. If you experience any issues with your eyelash extensions, please contact us within 48 hours for an adjustment or correction.

  • Refunds will not be provided for reactions or allergies. A patch test is available upon request prior to your appointment to test for potential sensitivities.

 

Late Policy

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service. Full charges may still apply for the missed time.

 

Aftercare Policy

  • We provide detailed aftercare instructions following your eyelash extension service to ensure the best results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may reduce the longevity of your extensions and void any guarantee of quality.
