Clear answers before you book
Can you fill lashes applied by another artist?
Possibly, but every outside set is evaluated first. A foreign fill is offered only when the remaining work is compatible, comfortable, and suitable to maintain. Otherwise, professional removal and a fresh set may be recommended.
Do I have to wait for a disappointing lash set to fall off?
No. Professional lash removal is available for $35. Do not pull, cut, or pick at the extensions, because doing so can damage your natural lashes.
Can I switch lash artists and keep my current set?
You are welcome to switch artists. Send a clear, makeup-free photo before booking so Xpert Lashing can recommend an evaluation, refill, removal, or new full set.
What if my extensions feel painful or my eyes are irritated?
Do not pull the extensions yourself. Contact the studio promptly. Active redness, swelling, discharge, or other medical concerns should be evaluated by an appropriate healthcare professional.
