Do I Need a Lash Refill or a New Full Set?
A lash refill is usually appropriate when enough of your existing extensions remain healthy, evenly distributed and suitable to maintain. During a refill, grown-out or loose extensions are addressed and new extensions are applied to available natural lashes to restore the look of your set.
A new full set may be recommended when too few extensions remain, the existing set has excessive shedding or significant grow-out, or the current work is no longer suitable to safely maintain.
If another lash artist applied your current extensions, they should be evaluated before a refill is promised.
